    css width property is defined as:
    width:800px;
    css max-width property is defined as:
    max-width:800px;
    css width property creates problems when u stretch your browser smaller,it will add horizontal scrollbar to the page,
    but css max-width property is good in this matter. It is mobile responsive if u will stretch your browser also.
